We aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange in certain cases. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange and are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene standards, scarves/hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all made-to-order and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are permitted only once per item.

Eligibility for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, please make sure:

  • The item is in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • The item is unworn, free from any odors, perfumes, marks, or damage.

Claims for faulty items must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our returns team reserves the right to refuse an exchange if an item does not meet these requirements. If an item is deemed ineligible, it will be returned to the original shipping address.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You can reach us via:

  2. Shipping Payment: Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send a payment link to cover the return shipping cost. After the payment is received, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for processing your exchange.

Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once an exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label after receiving payment for the shipping cost.
